For travelers not traveling with a lap top, PC or other smartphone, a computer is available free of charge to check your e-mails or make other research on the net.

A laundry service can be provided at the hotel as well as dry cleaning depending on the duration of your stay (Service charge)

1. Gold Card , Be Gold card member and receive a corporate discount of 5 euros on a Standard room, 10 euros on a deluxe Jacuzzi and 20 euros on a suite. 2. Free airport shuttle / only for a minimum stay of 2 nights in a deluxe Jacuzzi With the shuttle service, we meet you at the airport and we drop you off at your office. Meanwhile your bags will be brought immediately to your room (Value of this transfer included in the price of your stay: € 45.00) This system can also be applicable for the return trip (alternative). If you do not want us to pick you up, we can take you back to the airport (transfer value return included in your room price 35 €) if your trip includes 4 nights or more in a Deluxe Jacuzzi, the transfer will be free to go back AND (value € 75 included in your room price)

3. Long distance flights Early check-in: with the airport shuttle We offer you the first available room when you arrive at the hotel to freshen up before the normal check in time (2:00 p.m). (service free of charge).
   This service is only available in combination with the shuttle service. (Min 2 nights in deluxe) and therefore by booking through our website

4. the hotel is equipped with free wifi in the room for all our business class travelers

5. Our coffee corner is free of charge for our business class travelers.
   In the afternoon, our coffee corner is open, free of charge to relax with a coffee or a hot chocolate before or after a day of conferences or negotiations

6. A catering service can deliver local dishes that you can eat in peace in our dining room. The price of the meal will be charged separately with no extra charge.

7. The copies of your documents or other can be supported by the hotel (max 50 pages per night)

8. Our Laundry service can help you in case of problems

ATTENTION :

• Our shuttle can accommodate a maximum of 3 passengers depending on the number and volume of the luggage's
• This service will allow you to avoid having to queue for a taxi.
• We will wait for you maximum 1 hour after the landing of your flight
• We follow the exact time of your arrival time on the internet, we would therefore take into account any changes.
• All shuttle booked will be charged and can only be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival time.
• Please ensure first with your airline which airport they are using before booking your shuttle and send us your flight number and last point of embarkation.

The hotel has a limited number of Car parking spaces available in the basement
This parking is under surveillance camera.

The hotel is not responsible for theft, damage or other incidents that may occur in the car park.

Excursions Ieper War 14-18, Bastogne 1945, Waterloo 1815, are organized by the hotel with or without professional guide
